Licence, beds, dementia-care designation, licensing surveys and complaint findings come from the Minnesota Department of Health provider directory, read and reconciled by Palmelle; the date is in the footer. Cost figures are sourced medians and say so where they appear. Pet policy is collected by Palmelle from each operator and shown with who said it and when.

What we never do

We do not sell your name or phone number to facilities. Nothing moves a home up a list except its state record. We do not publish a facility's own phone number as ours, and we do not pretend to be one. The MDH record is shown whether it flatters a facility or not.
